Refund policy

All Legion Of Fun surfboards are warranted to be free from original defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Al claims must be made within thirty (30) days directly to Legion Of Fun or to the retail or e-commerce store where the board was purchased (proof of purchase required). If upon inspection it is determined by Legion Of Fun that a defect related to materials or workmanship is present, Legion Of Fun will replace the board with like merchandise at its sole discretion. Legion Of Fun reserves the right to settle warranty claims with alike replacement board and will not settle claims by monetary refunds or exchanges. In al cases where Legion Of Fun Boards are used for commercial purposes, such as rentals, surf schools and camps, this warranty is considered null and void.

The addition of any third-party parts and/or accessories to the board, such as fins, grips and/or mounts, voids the warranty. Any drilling into or cutting into the board, and/or affixing external objects to it, also voids the warranty.

Although Legion Of Fun Boards are manufactured with the highest quality materials and to the highest standards in the industry, because of the unpredictable nature of surfing, Legion Of Fun LLC. does not warrant against damage or breakage of a board which occurs during its use, even if such damage occurs within the thirty (30) day warranty period. Any damage to Legion Of Fun boards resulting from wear and tear, misuse, exposure to the sun, heat or elements, or simply caused by the demands on the board when in use, including but not limited to boards that are heavily damaged, snapped, broken, crushed, compressed, dented, punctured, scraped and fins or straps that are broken or damaged, or any other damage or breakage of any type that is not the result of a materials or workmanship
defect, is not covered at any time.

Do not use solvents or cleaners on a Legion Of Fun Board. Legion Of Fun Boards are manufactured to last for many years with proper care as detailed above.
