Running surf, boogie, and waterman camps in Seal Beach, we watched hundreds of kids learn their first pop-ups, wipeouts, and victories. Parents would ask what boards to buy — but nothing on the market truly fit. The flashy ones looked fun but weren’t always in a family budget. The cheaper ones couldn’t survive two weeks at camp. So we built something that could.
